CISA at Loyola
Cybersecurity advisors from CISA visited Loyola University Chicago on September 21 to discuss cybersecurity careers, public sector opportunities, and the agency’s mission to protect critical infrastructure and strengthen the nation’s cyber resilience.
On September 21, two cybersecurity advisors from the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) came to talk to our students about cybersecurity, what they do at CISA, and how to prepare for a career in cybersecurity in the public sector.
CISA serves as the nation’s lead civilian agency for cybersecurity, working to protect critical infrastructure and strengthen cyber resilience across government, industry, and communities. For Loyola University Chicago, this visit provides a valuable opportunity for students to engage with cybersecurity professionals and learn how they can contribute to addressing some of today’s most pressing cybersecurity challenges.
