Google Research Award to Support the BullyBlocker Project

The research proposal "Toward Safer Online Experiences for LGBTQ+ Communities" submitted by Yas Silva in collaboration with Deborah Hall from Arizona State University, was selected to receive a Google research grant under the Award for Inclusion Research (AIR) Program ($60,000.00, 2022 - 2023). This award will enable the study of automated online misbehavior detection models focusing on the experiences of marginalized communities.
